Tomorrow, Thursday 1 May, from 10 am, Artea Foundation and the Municipality of Vinadio reopen the Forte Albertino to the public
With a big news: the introduction of a path with video game in the language of the Italian signs (LIS)with which visitors will be able to explore the fort in complete autonomy, accessing information content and engaging in LIS, with voice and subtitling in Italian. The project of social inclusion “Beyond the barriers – The story of the fort in Lis”born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Vinadio, the Artea Foundation and the Institute of the Sordi of Turinwith the support of the CRC Foundation (Cultural Heritage Call), aims to eliminate cognitive and sensory barriers within the fortified site and offers for the first time the possibility of discovering the history of the fort independently.
Access to the route with video games is cost of 5 euros for the full ticket and 3 euros for the reduced and joins the traditional guided tours whose full rate is 10 euros and reduced by 8 euros. The Multimedia route “Mountain in motion” and the permanent exhibition “winged messengers” Instead, they have a single ticket at the full price of 8 euros and reduced by 6. The fort also offers outdoor experiential activities with e-bike excursions (and muscle bikes for children aged 8 to 10) of “Strong pedal”, At the price of 20 euros full and 10 euros reduced for half a day and 30 euros full and 15 reduced for the whole day.
