Alba – What is about to arrive will be a new long weekend for Vinum. The international festival will host a peaceful invasion of enlasses, which will be able to count on the very long bridge of May 1st. From 1 to 4 May, from 10.30 to 20 there will be the opportunity to taste the best of local enology, but also the typical dishes, prepared by the Albese villages. In Piazza Medford, in the Palazzo exhibitions and congresses, there will be the lounge dedicated to Barolo, Barbaresco and Alta Langa. In the same building a selection of red wines from the Langhe will be available. Along via Snider, near Piazza Medford, the workstations dedicated to the white wines of the Langhe, the Dolcetto and the Vermouth in Turin will be found. The courtyard of the Maddalena will offer an overview of Gavi, Brachetto, Caluso, Carema, Canavese, Monferrato Casalese, Colli Tortone, Pinerolese and Nebbioli Alto Piemonte, without forgetting the scents and the structure of the Roero Arneis and Roero. In Piazza Ferrero the Asti Spumante and the Moscato will be protagonists, accompanied by the grappas of the GRAPPA DEL PEMONTE and GRAPPA of Barolo protection Consortium, with the gastronomic combination edited by the hazelnut confraternity. Among the appointments we remember the one at the Alba Oenological School. Sunday 4 May starting from 17.30, in fact, there will be notes of Vinum, a singular combination between the jazz music of Enzo Zirilli & Zirobop and four wines from the area.
