From 10 January 2020
Dr. Marco Vito Surdo will cease his conventional activity as a general practitioner. The members of the lists of the clients of Dr. Surdo are therefore invited, possibly within said date, to make the choice of a new doctor among those available in the Alba district. The new choice can be made, presenting itself at the counters of:
ALBA – via Vida, 10 from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.00;
CHANNEL – Via San Martino 3/A from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 12.30 morning; and from 13.30 to 15.30 afternoon;
CORNELIANO – via Castellero 3 Thursday from 08.00 to 10.00;
Grinzane Cavour– via Garibaldi, 67/b on Friday from 08.00 to 12.00;
Equipped with a European health card.
