On another investigation front, coordinated by the same judicial authority, the investigative spotlights were focused on another company operating in the construction context, specialized in the renovation and resale operations of cheap properties, in the field of which the administrators for the time They have distracted a good part of the patrimonial textures, exploiting artificially elaborate restorator schemes, depriving the real creditors of normal refreshment.
In particular, subjects belonging to well -known Albesi industrialists, in addition to having devised numerous stratagems to extinguish debt positions (presumably fictitious) with other legal entities attributable to the same family, employed a figurehead to try to escape the responsibilities that arose from the realized distraction.
