-To secure the provincial road 929 in the Pralormo-Carale-Borbore section, where the transit of heavy vehicles is intense and the vehicles travel at speeds supported above all in the area of ​​the crossroads of Patarrone in the municipality of Vezza d’Alba, the Province has approved the final project for the construction of a roundabout made by Eng. Giuseppe Gerbaudo of Bene Vagienna who will also deal with the management and accounting management, coordination of security in the design and executive phase of the works. It is the second step for an intervention that amounts to about 300,000 euros (194,000 for works and 106,000 for sums available to the administration).
The intervention is included in the list of works financed in the Operational Plan of the Infrastructure Development and Cohesion Fund 2014/2020 (FSC) thematic axis “D”, the subject of agreement between the Piedmont Region and the Province of Cuneo. The removal of the current dividing islands, the construction of the road platform according to the project shares, a new regimening system of rainwater regulating the continuity of the existing ditches, the creation of central ring and the sparoting flower beds of the roundabout, asphalts and road signs, as well as a suitable lighting system with LED lighting bodies, is foreseen.
