CHANNEL – The 10th edition of the Tritheus National Gathering and Truffle Dogs will take place on 19 January, the closing event of the season of the precious hypogeum mushroom in which the most deserving seekers are rewarded and a small budget of the vintage of the “Alba White” just ended is made. Over 200 animals are expected to parade, from 10 am, in the center of the town: a colorful party to celebrate once again one of the most loved products of the Piedmontese hills. The parade will close with the blessing ceremony and the award ceremony, by the most deserving political authorities, dogs and seekers. Among the awards that will be assigned are: the one for the youngest Tritheus, the one for the oldest dog and the one for the 2019 trifolao woman. It will also be rewarded, obviously with the delivery of a Tarfu, the “young entrepreneur 2019” that has been characterized for having enhanced the territory of the Roero with its activity.
