BRA – Almost unchanged compared to the previous year the population residing in Bra, according to the data of the national resident population (ANPR): at 31 December 2019 there are in fact 29640 Braidesi citizens, 44 less than the same date in 2018. 214 new born against 352 people who died: a negative balance that tended to confirm that recorded in 2018, when the born were 256 born and 354 residents. Even three over one hundred years old, while the Under 18s are 4834. The number of foreigners residing is slightly growing: it was 4051 at the end of 2018 and are 4077 at 31 December 2019, overall about 13.7% of the Braidese population. Among the most represented nationality are Albania (1112 people), Romania (886), Morocco (783), the Chinese Republic (242) and India (166). In the year just ended, civil marriages (65) were more than double the religious ones (31), a civil union was celebrated and 188 citizenships were conferred.
