ALBA
-On January 15th at 9 pm at the Moretta Theater in Alba, the show “Little Boy”, the new production of the Teatro dell’Elce in Florence, will inaugurate “Dat 2020”, the second edition of the theater rights, an independent Civil theater review designed by the Fiasco Theater and organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Alba, Banca d’Alba, H-Zone, Aica Associations and Consortium CIS.
The title of the show, Little Boy, which tells the correspondence between the philosopher Günther Anders and Claude Eatherly, the Hiroshima pilot, is actually the code name of the Hiroshima bomb, which caused 70,000 victims in a few moments, 200,000 following radiation.
For the first time in history, mankind is confronted with the possibility of self -destruction.
The show is a version for the correspondence scene that took place between the philosopher Günther Anders and Claude Eatherly, the American pilot who gave the green light to the release of the bomb, interned in a psychiatric hospital following the difficulties of reintegration into civil society.
At the end of the evening, Maurizio Bongioanni of the Aica Association, co-organization of the evening, will dialogue with Marco Di Costanzo, director of the Teatro dell’Elce company.
Dat 2020 will continue until May, hosting 7 companies from all over Italy, which will perform on the stages of Moretta, the G. Busca social theater and the Youth Center H Zone, on the occasion of an appointment dedicated to the little ones.
